The Pro Extender device was delivered in a discreet package, as promised. Discretion is highly important to many men in the market for a penis extender device, and the Pro Extender delivery met this expectation with a plain, unmarked brown box free of wear or damage from shipping.

However, upon opening the box, the first sign of trouble became apparent. Although the device itself was shipped in a slick-looking carrying case similar to the one advertised on their website, the case was made of what seemed like very cheap nylon. The case even had a small tear in it, and the plastic zipper actually broke after only a handful of uses.

The instructions for the Pro Extender device were clear, easy to read, and available in several languages. Out of all the extension devices reviewed, the Pro Extender had one of the simpler manuals. Two spare rubber straps were included as promised on the website. Unfortunately, the package does not offer enough spare parts or accessories to properly follow the complete program. Users will be forced to purchase additional spare parts to continue the treatment, significantly adding to the overall cost.

Performance and Results

The Pro Extender device did deliver on results, ranking fifth in our list for effectiveness among all devices reviewed. After the recommended 90 days of use, our tester reported significant results with an increase of nearly 2 inches to the penis when erect and approximately a 10% increase in girth.

However, the user also reported that the uncomfortable single rubber strap used to secure the penis in place led to bruising at the end of the penis after several weeks of use. This comfort issue is a significant drawback that affects the device’s overall performance, as it makes it difficult to wear for the extended periods necessary to achieve optimal results.

Comfort and Wearability

The Pro Extender has been marketed as “the most comfortable extension device on the market.” Although it was more comfortable than many of its lower-end competitors, it is not the most comfortable device we have reviewed.

The base end of the Pro Extender was actually one of the most comfortable designs we’ve tested, providing good support where the device sits around the base of the penis. However, the other end of the device, where the tip of the penis should be securely held in place, was far from comfortable. The single rubber strap used to secure this area can cause discomfort and even bruising with prolonged use, making it difficult to wear the device for the recommended periods.

Value and Cost Considerations

The Pro Extender offers a price range of $299-$429, positioning it as one of the highest-priced extenders on the market. While the device does deliver results, its comfort issues and the need to purchase additional parts to complete the full program significantly reduce its overall value proposition.

Despite its high price point, the Pro Extender lacks the comprehensive package of accessories and spare parts that would be expected at this price range. Users will likely need to make additional purchases to continue the treatment program, further increasing the total investment required.

Quality and Materials

Many of the top-quality penis extender devices we’ve reviewed are clearly made with highly sturdy and, in some cases, medical-grade materials. Although the Pro Extender seemed to be made with very sturdy plastic, it has never been marketed as “medical grade.”

After three months of use, the device showed no sign of actual degradation of the material, which is positive. However, the device itself seemed lighter than we expected it to be. A penis extender is obviously used on the most sensitive parts of a man’s body, and for being one of the highest-priced extenders on the market, we expected more from the quality of materials used in its construction.

However, as it stands now, there are other devices that give comparable results to the Pro Extender that are also more comfortable to wear.
