Personally, our tester wasn’t enthusiastic about wearing the Phallosan. They found it awkward and couldn’t imagine wearing it for more than 10 minutes at a time. We don’t doubt the effectiveness of this product because you do get the same stretch that you get from a regular penis extender, but the comfort factor significantly impacts its usability and therefore its potential results.
